This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Loyalty LLC (“Prime Loyalty,” “Domainsed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Domainsed.com, its seller dashboard, domain sales pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect information that you provide, including:
- Account information such as your name, email address, password, and authentication settings.
- Seller listing information such as domain names, descriptions, categories, prices, minimum offers, and ownership-verification information.
- Buyer inquiry information such as your name, email address, offer amount, and message.
- Communications that you send to us, including support, legal, security, and abuse reports.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, our systems and service providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, session information, security events, and diagnostic logs.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, maintain sessions, authenticate users, remember preferences, protect accounts, prevent fraud, and secure inquiry forms. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.
2. How we use information

- Create and administer seller accounts.
- Publish and manage domain listings.
- Verify domain ownership and nameserver connections.
- Deliver buyer inquiries to the seller associated with a listing.

- Detect spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical problems.
- Enforce our terms and protect users, Prime Loyalty, and the public.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Between marketplace users. Buyer inquiry information is provided to the seller of the applicable domain so the buyer and seller can communicate directly.
- Public listings. Domain names, listing descriptions, prices, categories, and other listing details selected for publication may be visible publicly.
- Service providers. We use providers that support hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, DNS, security, spam prevention, monitoring, and backups. These providers may process information on our behalf.
- Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or abuse; or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all business assets, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.
We do not currently sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party infrastructure and security providers. For example, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect inquiry forms from automated abuse. A third party’s handling of information may also be governed by its own privacy terms.
Domainsed listings may contain or lead to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third parties that we do not control.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period after information is removed from active systems.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. These measures include access controls, encrypted connections, account authentication, security monitoring, backups, and other safeguards appropriate to the Service.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You may update certain account and listing information through your seller dashboard. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.
We may retain information when required for security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the matter.
9. International users
Prime Loyalty is based in the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy and revise its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate.
